Yak Arm Roast

This is a final charge item when the weight is entered you will be charged the final amount less your deposit. Cut from the shoulder it has some marbling throughout making it ideal for one-pot cooking. The clod or arm is leaner and a little less expensive than chuck.   The roast weight varies between 3-5 lbs.  All natural home raised lean low chlosterol yak meat.
