Ingredients:
- 1 Yak Ribeye Steak, thinly sliced
- Rice paper wrappers
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup thinly sliced cucumber
- Fresh mint leaves
- Fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions:
- Sear the yak ribeye slices in a hot skillet until cooked to your liking. Let cool.
- Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft.
- Fill each wrapper with ribeye, carrots, cucumber, mint, and basil, then roll tightly.
