Ingredients:
- 2 Yak Ribeye Steaks, sliced into strips
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked noodles
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Cook the onion and garlic until soft.
- Add mushrooms and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the yak ribeye strips until browned. Return mushrooms to the skillet.
- Stir in beef broth, sour cream, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
