This comforting dish features yak ribeye in a creamy mushroom sauce, served over your favorite noodles. The rich flavors and tender meat make for a hearty meal. Perfect for a cozy dinner at home.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Yak Ribeye Steaks, sliced into strips
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked noodles

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Cook the onion and garlic until soft.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the yak ribeye strips until browned. Return mushrooms to the skillet.
  4. Stir in beef broth, sour cream, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
  5. Serve over cooked noodles.
