These crispy tostadas are topped with seasoned yak sirloin steak, fresh pico de gallo, and a drizzle of lime crema. They are a fun and flavorful appetizer perfect for any party.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Yak Sirloin Steak
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup pico de gallo
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Season the yak sirloin steak with salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder, then sear in a hot skillet until medium-rare. Let rest, then slice thinly.
  2. Fry the corn tortillas in hot oil until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Mix sour cream and lime juice to make the lime crema.
  4. Top each tostada with the sirloin slices, pico de gallo, and a drizzle of lime crema.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
